Villa Information & Rules

PLEASE NOTE:

• The security deposit is €800, and will be returned, barring any damage caused to the property, after a careful inspection of the accommodation.
• The cost for linen supply and final cleaning/sanitization is €300.
• Upon departure, the villa must be left tidy, with no dishes to wash and/or garbage to dispose of. If this rule is not respected and the accommodation is left excessively dirty, the guest will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee of €50.
• Use of the villa and its services is exclusively reserved for guests staying at “La Dimora di Priora.” External guests are not permitted.
• Check-in from 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm / Check-out from 7.00 am to 10.00 am – Late check-in €80.
• The tourist tax (to be paid on site) is €4 per person per night.
• Garbage must be recycled properly, as per the instructions provided at the villa. Incorrect waste sorting will result in an additional charge of €150.
• Music and loud noises are not permitted from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. During the day, out of respect for our neighbors, please keep music low.
• The floors of the villa are connected by stairs, which is why “La Dimora di Priora” is not accessible to guests with mobility disabilities.
