The Villa

La Dimora di Priora is an elegant panoramic villa of over 500 m², spread over three levels connected by internal and external staircases, and immersed in 3,500 m² of private gardens among fragrant lemon groves.
Tastefully furnished in authentic Sorrento style, the villa offers spacious, bright rooms equipped with every comfort, ideal for families and groups of up to 18 guests.

The floors of the villa are all connected by internal and external staircases.

On the ground floor, there’s a sunny patio furnished with a table and chairs, leading to the villa’s main kitchen, complete with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, and dishes. A small, air-conditioned living/dining room with a double sofa bed, an air-conditioned double bedroom, an external bathroom with shower, and a guest bathroom with sink and toilet.

The villa’s main indoor dining room is located on the first floor. It is air-conditioned and connects to the spacious living room with a wet bar, perfect for preparing elegant cocktails and aperitifs. The wet bar features a kitchenette (no stove) complete with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine. This open-plan area is tastefully furnished and offers, through large French windows, magnificent panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.

On the same floor, a small hallway leads to two of the villa’s bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchenette (no stove) and air conditioning, an external bathroom with shower, a charming air-conditioned TV room, and, reached by a flight of stairs, a charming double bedroom, also air-conditioned and with an en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has direct access to the panoramic main terrace of “La Dimora di Priora.”

The sleeping area of ​​the villa is where most of the bedrooms are located: an air-conditioned double bedroom with a bathroom with a bathtub, an air-conditioned twin bedroom with a bathroom with a shower, and two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a bathroom with a shower.

The top floor consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and direct access to the main panoramic terrace, a small living room with a view and an open-plan sofa bed and a small secondary open-plan kitchen (no stove) with air conditioning and equipped with a kettle, toaster, and espresso machine. From here, you can access the bedroom’s exclusive terrace, overlooking the Gulf of Naples, where you can enjoy peaceful moments of relaxation.
